* I accept and declare that the Residence management will not be responsible from the loss of money, jewellery and valuable belongings if I don't use the safe box in my room in order to protect my belongings. If I damage / loss to any residence properties or false activations of the fire system, Residence management can charge me the value of damage that may occur. I will vacate the room on the check-out day at 12.00 pm. 

Rezidans içerisinde kıymetli eşyalarımın korunmasına mahsus odamda bulunan güvenlik kasasını kullanmadığım takdirde herhangi bir para, mücevherat ve kıymetli eşyaların kaybından veya zarar görmesinden Rezidans yönetiminin ve işletmenin sorumlu olmayacağını, herhangi bir Rezidans eşyasının kaybı veya zarar görmesi durumunda ya da gereksiz yangın sistemini aktive etmem halinde oluşabilicek hasarın değeri karşılığını Rezidanse tazmin edeceğimi, çıkış gününde öğlen saat 12.00'da bana tahsis edilen odamı boşaltacağımı kabul ve beyan ederim. 

* I accept and declare that I am responsible every action inside the apartment. I accept that there are many risk factors that may affect human and child health, such as kitchen utensils with sharp blades and flammable kitchen appliances, and that I will be primarily responsible for preventing these risks. I also understand and undertake that the risk of slipping and falling, including the presence of balconies and slippery floors in the apartments in the facility, cold weather and rainy weather, is entirely my own, and that the safety and responsibility of children under the age of 18, if any, is my responsibility as a parent. 

Daire içinde yapılacak her hareketten sorumlu olduğumu kabul ve beyan ederim. Keskin bıçaklı mutfak gereçleri ve yanıcı mutfak aletleri gibi insan ve çocuk sağlığını etkileyebilecek birçok risk faktörünün olduğunu ve bu riskleri önlemek için birinci derecede sorumlu olacağımı kabul ediyorum. Ayrıca tesisteki dairelerde balkon ve kaygan zeminlerin olması, soğuk havalarda ve yağışlı havalarda dahil olmak üzere kayma ve düşme riskinin tamamen tarafıma ait olduğunu, var ise 18 yaş altındaki çocukların güvenliği ve sorumluluğunun ebeveyn olarak kendimde olduğunu biliyor ve taahhüt ediyorum.

* I agree that I will wear my seat belt when I ride the buggies used as transportation vehicles within the facility, that I will not engage in any behavior that will put the ride and myself at risk, that I will not let my child/children under the age of 18 ride alone in these vehicles, if any, and that I, as a parent, am fully responsible for this. 

Tesis içerisinde taşıma aracı olarak kullanılan buggylere biniş yaptığımda emniyet kemerini takacağımı, sürüşü ve kendimi riske atacak herhangi bir davranışta bulunmayacağımı, var ise 18 yaş altındaki çocuğumu/çocuklarımı bu araçlara yalnız bindirmeyeceğime ve sorumluluğunun ebeveyn olarak tamamen kendime ait olduğunu kabul ediyorum.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

* I irrevocably agree to give the deposit to be taken for the items in the apartment and to cover any damage or deficiency that will be detected on the departure day at the end of my reservation from the deposit I have given.

Daire içinde bulunan eşyalar için alınacak depozitoyu vermeyi ve rezervasyonum sonunda çıkış günü tespit edilecek herhangi bir zarar ve eksikliğin verdiğim depozitodan karşılanmasını geri dönülemez bir şekilde kabul ederim.
* Damage deposite as follows;
For Studio and One Bedroom Apartment: 300 USD/EUR, Two Bedroom Apartment: 400 USD/EUR, 3+1 Penthouse Apartment: 600 USD/EUR

* I hereby accept, declare and undertake to have given explicit consent to Garlon Residence, so to process and transmit personal data that I shared   ( including data of private nature ) with them, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation No : 6698 and its relevant statute(s)

Garlon Rezidans ile paylaştığım kişisel verilerimin (Özel nitelikli veriler dahil) 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilen Korunması Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak işlenmesine ve aktarılmasına açık rıza verdiğimi kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederim.

* I hereby consent to Garlon Turizm Otelcilik A.Ş sending notices and electronic commercial messages to me through SMS/text messages, instant  notifications, automatic calls, telephone calls, computer, telephone, social media and online advertising networks, fax, e-mail and any other electronic means of communication within the scope of the Law 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

Garlon Turizm Otelcilik A.Ş tarafından 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında SMS/kısa mesaj, anlık bildirim, otomatik arama, telefon, bilgisayar, telefon, sosyal medya ve çevrimiçi reklam ağları, faks, e-posta her türlü bildirimler ve diğer elektronik iletişim araçları yoluyla tarafıma ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine ayrıca onay veriyorum.

* Outside guest are not allowed during the day and especially night time.

Gündüzleri ve özellikle geceleri dışarıdan misafir kabul edilmemektedir.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

* I hereby confirm and acknowledge that I have received the service(s) in full and under the stated terms and conditions. I confirm that I utilized these service(s) willingly and with my full consent. I declare that there are no disputes, cancellations, or dissatisfaction regarding the service(s) I have received, and I agree not to initiate any chargeback or refund request through my bank or credit card provider.In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback request, I agree to be held liable for any and all losses, including legal fees and interest, incurred by the service provider as a result of such action.

Tarafımca alınan hizmet(ler)in tamamının, belirtilen tarih ve koşullar çerçevesinde eksiksiz şekilde sağlandığını, bu hizmet(ler)den kendi isteğim ve onayım ile faydalandığımı kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederim.Almış olduğum bu hizmet(ler) ile ilgili herhangi bir memnuniyetsizlik ya da iptal durumu bulunmadığını, kredi kartı şirketim veya bankam aracılığıyla chargeback (ters ibraz/geri ödeme talebi) başvurusunda bulunmayacağımı peşinen kabul ederim.Aksi yönde, haksız veya gerçek dışı bir chargeback talebinde bulunmam durumunda, hizmet sağlayıcı kurumun uğrayacağı tüm zararları, yasal faiz ve masraflar dahil olmak üzere karşılamayı kabul ve taahhüt ederim.
